Retargeting Animations in Unreal Engine 5.3.2

Hi I have been trying to retarget animations I have watch every tutorial on YouTube but I always end up with same result the animation just never look right the video show the best result I can get does anyone know how I fix the new animation

If i set retarget to root i get the same result but this error

The source retarget root bone is very near the ground plane. This will cause the target to be moved very far. To resolve this, please create a retarget pose with the retarget root at the correct height off the ground.

Ok I simply could not find a fix around this when trying to retargeting the animations, however I did create a animation blueprint with the old man animations assets and as the old lady skeleton mesh is the same as the animation assets I was able to just use the animation blueprint in the old lady character so I guess I found a fix around this.

still don’t know why it wont retarget properly I watched every video going and always got the same result.
