Retargeted animation distorted, help!

I’ve made a character with a seemingly same skeleton mesh that is in unreal mannequin standard skeleton. When I retargeted animations from the other skeletal mesh (based on other bone structure), the animation was distorted. Let me tell you immediately, that Disable root motion option - doesn’t help my issue. It only set the character into one spot.

Something is wrong with root motion. It looks like the animation multiply the distance of character movement. All animations, where the character moves from his original point - got distorted.
Anyone knows what’s wrong, please?
