I can’t recall the exact event that caused this. Just happened one time I started the Editor, and did return back to normal.
I’m on 4.19.2.
The only way to work with the window is to reposition the 3rd monitor on top of it, so I can grab it by top bar and move slightly to see at least the UI elements.
So now I have to work like this.
