Required 3D Modeling Artist/ Designer [Full Time]

PGBS is inviting applications for the position of 3D modeler, who can generate photorealistic 3D product models. The candidate should be able to work independently without guidance as well as collaboratively with other 3D professionals on diverse projects while ensuring the delivery of high-quality 3D art.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Using appropriate color, shading, and shape in 3D models while meeting pre-established quality standards
  • Combining models and textures in the best possible way to generate creative scenes
  • Deploying modern 3D software and taking proper measures to eliminate constraints
  • Producing high-resolution digital sculpts and low polygon game assets
  • Collaborating with production artists on prototyping tasks to create game assets of high quality
  • Combining novel materials and manually-painted textures in creative ways
  • Addressing issues with professionalism and guaranteeing that the original look and function of scenes are retained
  • Understanding themes and how they can impact the overall feel

Skills Required:

  • Thorough use of traditional modeling techniques
  • Significant expertise in performing hard-surface polygonal modeling
  • Ability to perform proper analysis of structure, shape, form, and silhouette
  • Ability to guarantee an appropriate use of color, shade, and light to create texture maps
  • Strong communication skills and strong focus on teamwork
  • Strong enthusiasm to work in different settings
  • Proficiency in prototyping
  • Attention to detail and creative ability to visualize 3D environments
  • Commitment to meet project objectives

Experience Preferred: 2-4 years
