Requesting Clarification on IP Rights of Epic Made FN Content

[TL;DR: Questions about IP rights in regards to Epic created assets that do not contain partner IP)

Hey Support,
I was wondering if I may please request some clarification on IP rights for content that is made by Epic games for Fortnite and how it should be regarded in terms of the EULA and Supplemental UELA and the license being granted to us by Epic per the agreement in regards to this content. Specifically I’m wondering about content accessed through third party tools such as Fortnite Porting or Fmodel or exporting or otherwise accessing game files through methods that employ no 3rd party tooling that are and aren’t provided to us in the editor by default.

For example:

1. If we want to make custom modified build pieces so we export the build model to blender and make modifications which we then reimport and use in our UEFN game, is that breaching contract?

2. If we use alternative models of characters which are provided in the editor but a different skin or version, or modify them into our own version of the skin for a thematic cutscene or for creating island thumbnails, is that breaching contract?

3. Use of FN themed icons such as badges for ranks, or other UI elements which we may be able to access or simply screenshot, would those be breaching contract?

Breach of contract defined as anything we’ve agreed to in order to use the platform, but with specific focus on section Supplemental EULA section 4.2. Conditions on Epic’s License Grant to You to Use UEFN and sections 6.1. UEFN Content Requirements and underlying 6.1.1. Infringing Content .

For example 8.3. “Content” states "third-party intellectual property that may be incorporated in the foregoing (“Third-Party Content”) and Epic’s original intellectual property (“Fortnite Content”). For clarity, Fortnite Content is not UEFN Content or Third-Party Content, and vice versa. " and I’m wondering if this clause is specifically to protect partnerships with 3rd party content partners, or if this is a clause that would be used to justify suspensions or breaches based on using content that may be ported out of FN Porting from the base game.

If this content copyright is solely owned by Epic games with no 3rd party partner is this something that we can use in an experience in any way, or not (such as images for ranked badges, or models for thumbnail images)?

Thanks.
