Requested to update my Product for UE4.17 on the MarketPlace, No response ( Almost 1 month )

Hello,

I submitted my update to my code plugin for the CreaturePack Plugin for 4.17 ( ) I included the relevant update package but have not heard back since. It has been almost 1 month. What am I missing here? I emailed: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com and got back a ticket number.
Is there anything else I need to do?

Same. Submitted 8/13 and nothing other than the initial auto-response.

I’m in the same boat here and it’s quite frustrating, to say the least.
