It would be great with an terrain generator for piked mountains-environments or hills-environments as well. That would significant improve the speed of outdoor desinging.

Something that you might consider using is World Machine, for which there is some community-created existing integration documentation for UE4. The basic edition is free to use. Is this the kind of thing you’re looking for?
I mean like a built-in generator so one dont have to use external tools
