[request] Please decouple Accolades and the granting of XP

This isn’t about XP not being granted when uncalibrated.
This is about a critical dopamine hit and player communication not being present, as part of questing.

Sometimes it’s easy to miss that there was a tracker celebration and the quest went away, but it’s usually pretty hard to miss a giant golden message in the top of your screen.

For me, doing RPG-type stuff, when a player finishes a quest line, I’d like for them to know it.
Accolades are a key way of doing that, showing an icon, giving them a back-pat.

I don’t anticipate really awarding XP in any of my maps in the near future, as I can’t seem to get enough plays to ever calibrate, and / or would publish a new version, which would start the whole process over. I don’t care about XP. I care about the notification.
As it is, I’m doing weird workarounds with HUD devices when trackers complete, and that’s clunky and not as cool.

Summary: please change the implementation of Calibration to show Accolades properly, but not award XP. As a player, I wouldn’t mind seeing (uncalibrated) similar to (test award) we see in editor.
