[Request] Player Interaction Viewmodel in UMG

As the title says, a Player Interaction Viewmodel that allows creators to customize the interaction widgets that appear when players are near interactable objects (doors, buttons, chests, etc.) would be very helpful.

Additionally, please include a platform property that indicates which platform the player is using (PC, PlayStation, etc.) so creators can customize interactions based on the player’s device. (suggested by @RayBenefield)

Seconding this… Having both the view model for any device that is interactable (switch, vending machine, button, etc.) as well as the interaction component in scene graph.

This would be a good starting place, and can later be expanded to the input trigger device. And the list of interact prompts on the left side of the screen.

This would honestly be such an important addition, especially for input trigger UI. It’s really important to get our players to understand the controls, and with no keybind indication other than a tiny list on the left side of the screen, its not possible without ugly and unintuitive workarounds (like a big clunky arrow, or pop up for example)
