Hi,
I would like to request as as new feature a game type template for first person adventure games.
The template would be different to the FPS templates as it would have a basic item inventory setup, a “verb system” and maybe some other usefull things like templates for NPC dialogs, etc.
In general: Something with which you could make a game like: Under a killing moon.

Yes, it is great idea. Create simple template, where is not a gun, but where is a item inventory and where is not a crosshair, but where is a interactive cursor. Template for games like a Penumbra series and so on (game “Under a killing moon” is not a real 3D game, but it is a fake 3D game only).
But request is from year 2014, so this idea is not great enough for Epic developers :).
I meant in terms of gameplay, not visuals.
It was when my UE4 noob level was still a bit higher. :rolleyes:
Meanwhile I see all the necessary components that are on board.
Still, such a template would be nice but, in all honesty, thats just the lazy-me speaking
