[Request] Mouse Cursor Screen Wrap

This is another one of those Unity features that could be great in Rocket.

Whenever the mouse cursor is active doing something like controlling a viewport camera, using a value spinner or using move/rotate/scale tool the cursor will wrap off of one end of the screen and appear on the other end to allow the continuation of the motion being performed.
