I need an answer to this question that I have. I was trying to download Unreal Engine 3 on my laptop, but I had to do a liscense process before I get to download it. After I was done with it, it told me thank you for sending the request and I waited for almost half a hour and nothing happened. What does that mean? Am I suppose to wait longer for the download to start? They also said we’ll be in touch, how long will it be before they reply back to my request?
What exactly are you trying to get? UDK which is Unreal Engine 3 is available for download for free immediately from UDK.com
If you’re trying to get Unreal Engine 4, then once you subscribe you can log in to your account to download the Launcher which will give you access to install UE4.
