Request for UEFN Python Editor Scripting Beta Access

Hi,

I’m a UEFN creator building a 1–4 player cooperative family tycoon and adventure island called Creature Crew: Turbo Base, and I’m requesting access to the Python Editor Scripting Beta.

My use case is editor automation only, including batch asset importing, programmatic static-mesh and prop placement, repetitive scene setup, actor naming and positioning, inspecting editor-visible properties, and faster world-building through Cursor and MCP-assisted development.

All gameplay logic will remain in Verse. Python would only be used for editor-side automation and content creation.

I intend to use the open-source UEFN MCP server with Cursor so the coding assistant can help with repetitive editor tasks such as actor placement, asset management, level inspection, and safe scene setup. This matches the AI-assisted automation workflow described in Epic’s UEFN Python documentation.

I have already confirmed that Tools → Enable Python is checked, EnablePythonLocallyPerProject is set to True, and the Python-related plugins are installed and mounted. However, the Python or Beta Access option is absent from Project Settings.

A read-only configuration audit found no supported local project setting that can enable Python.

The UEFN Output Log reports:

LogPython: Python disabled via CVar ‘Engine.Python.IsEnabledByDefault’

Because the project-level Python option is missing, I appear to require account-level beta or allow-list access.

Could my Epic account please be considered for access to the UEFN Python Editor Scripting Beta?

Thank you.
