Request for Detailed Sales Report – Inconsistencies in Reports

I am reaching out because I have noticed some inconsistencies in the reports of my seller account. Firstly, the total balance of my wallet does not match the sales reflected in the monthly reports generated from the platform.

Additionally, I have observed that in some of these reports the “Net units” field appears as “0,” which is inconsistent given that sales were recorded during the same periods.

For this reason, I kindly request a detailed sales report of my account, clearly reflecting all transactions, adjustments, and payments made, in order to properly reconcile my earnings.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the FAB platform with my seller account.

Go to the monthly sales reports panel.

Download a report for a specific month.

Compare the balance shown in the report with the total balance displayed in the wallet.

Check that in some months the “Net units” field appears as “0” even though there are sales recorded during that period.

Expected Result

The total wallet balance should match the sum of sales reflected in the reports.

The “Net units” field should display the actual number of units sold for each month.

Observed Result

The total wallet balance does not match the sales reflected in the monthly reports. In addition, in some reports the “Net units” field appears as “0”, even though sales were recorded during those periods.

FAB Marketplace – Seller Dashboard.

Operating System

Windows 10 (Browser: Google Chrome – latest version).

I recommend reaching out fab support, the forums is not exactly the ideal place to get this kind of data as it’s a public discussion place.

That being said, you really shouldn’t be using the sales reports page as a business record, eventually they are gonna likely clear the available data after a few years. You should be using something like quickbooks or a bank app to track revenue earned. The sales report is just to check how you are doing throughout the month, even if it had a bug causing data not to show, you would still get the payout assuming you reached 112 dollars.

other people reported it doesnt work on certain browser like safari

In FAB apparently when you have a refund the sales report can show it as 0 net units sold when it should be -1. But when you download the report as CSV file it appears as -1, this happened to me. The monthly report on the other hand will account -1, therefore the total sales will differ between sales report and monthly report, which isn’t good. This didn’t happen in the old Marketplace.

Ignoring the sales report because the official one is the monthly report isn’t good practice because as a seller you want to have confidence that you know your numbers.
