Hi!
Sometimes, while placing objects in level, I need some option like “duplicate special”, to copy many objects with specified parameters and get array.
Here is few variants, which we can see in popular 3D modeling software.
- Duplicate special in Maya

- Arrays in Max
- Linear arrays in Sketchup

I don’t know which tool is more useful, it depends…
Maybe there is some universal solution.

I was just about to request something like this.
In Maya you can Shift+D to duplicate special and it will remember how far you translated/rotated/scaled and continue that pattern every time you shift + duplicate
In Unreal I think this could work by using Shift+V then moving/rotating/scaling and then pressing shift+V again to continue the pattern
