I’ve been consistently frustrated with the lack of bitmap support for common grooming attributes.
Nvidia’s Hairworks ( From Gameworks ) was such a great example of implementing optional texturemap support for things like Length, or Density, or even where the Hair is or isn’t. ( cut map )
It’s great to have the option to ‘override’ a current groom, or bring in texture maps for groom attributes that may have been done in a Groom software.
I’m severely missing the capability in UE5.
