Gaming troublemakers, including Bad Actor Gamers, Hackers, and Cheaters, employ AI Aimbot Assist to identify UE Asset Flip, exploiting it for game refunds. Game Piracy exacerbates the problem, particularly after lengthy gameplay on platforms like YouTube and Twitch, posing a threat to business and the video game industry. Is there any UE blueprint code designed to detect background memory alterations in this scenario?
For Example, Any Hackers could make screen look that.
Blueprints do not have the necessary primitives to detect memory mutation.
There exist products that do this, but they are typically linkable C++ libraries, and they typically cost licensing fees.
Problem with any anti cheat protection that epic could include in unreal is that everybody would have source.
With source hacking such protection is trivial.
Maybe somebody could write plugin for marketplace, but it doubt there will be solution, it is too much work and maintenance (aka fixing holes and fighting hackers) to bother with.
Best solution is to code it yourself or not develop competitive multiplayer until you can do it/have coder for it.
Or ignore problem until your game gets hacked, which mean it got traction now you can hire dev to make it secure.
