Would they bring Spawn to Fortnite?

The first question that came to my mind was “Who owns the Spawn IP” - Turns out it’s not Marvel or DC
So I thought - “Oh, Ok, it’s ‘Image Comics’” but the looking up what else Image Comics does I found this quote:
Image was formed under two provisions:
Image does not own a creator’s work; the creator does.
No Image partner would ever interfere, creatively or financially, with any other’s work
Sooo there may be other considerations, but It looks like a conversation with Todd McFarlane would need to take place…
And, it looks like these conversations have taken place.
They should make a waterboy skin!! His glider could be the lawn mower, while his pick axe is a ladle, and his backpack the water station. His two skins could be his football uniform and his other is his regular clothes.
