Replicated Animation speed

I’m having an issue where the replicated animations that are played through the client are playing at a 1.5-2* rate. Is there any way to dictate what exactly is causing this? (This includes default idle and run-walk animations, not event queued animations) The strange thing is that once i play one of my replicated animations, it plays it at the correct rate; however, when the dedicated server plays their animations they are also in 2x speed.

It seem pretty random, but sometimes the animations queue correctly and sometimes they don’t; not totally sure how or why this would happen.
