Replacing animation with MakeHuman Skeleton

I made a character in MakeHuman and then I imported it into Blender and then into Unreal. I have followed many tutorials on reassigning animations. I am trying to make my character walk like the third person template. I have set up rigs and set the skeleton to the same pose and whenever I reapply the animation and duplicate it to my character he looks like a giant “the thing” from the fantastic four. What am I doing wrong here? I’ve attached a video to show what I’m talking about. link text
