Replacement of bank details

Hello, I have been trying to replace my old bank details with new ones for a long time. I contacted Epic by email, and I was asked to answer 3 questions to make sure that I really want to replace the details.

I answered these 3 questions, but nothing happened after that. I am trying to contact Epic again, but unfortunately my emails have not been answered yet.
