Rendering or High Settings - Clouds?

When I try and render a scene or put it to anything higher than medium settings I get clouds in the image. See attacehd,

Figured out the problem. I clicked haze on a couple of my interior lights! ha. For reference I am using an RTX 3090 laptop card.
