Rendering A cloth simulation re-calculates the simulation / doesnt render the cloth at all - UE 5.6

Hi.
I’ve been following videos and posts in the forum but I couldn’t find my answer.
I’m doing a cloth simulation ( one solo SKM - no character ). I have recorded the simulation with Cach Manager and take recorder. I confront two problems randomly, and can’t find the source of the problems or solutions.
One, I have experimented several ways - empty maps, different settings.

(1) Sometime my cloth simulation doesn’t turn up in the render at all - just its shadow is apparent. I tried to experiment on what is the problem, and confronted another important issue. Even when I could make the cloth appear in the render, the simulation was completely different.

(2) the Sequencer doesnt use the recorded simulation. It tries to Simulate at the render time ( with the real time environment, which is not my desire at all)
Please help.

I have seen a post, someone suggesting turning ‘‘use simulation’’ in sequence render setting on or off, but I dont find the option at all.

Also, why the tag ‘‘Chaos’’ is unacceptable in every category? they hate Chaos here?
