So my question is that. I use render target 2D-s to create non euclidean spaces and portals. It works but I have an issue. The render target 2D-s corners are flickering. Moving to every direction when I move around that. Not so much, but its enough to that I totally see that, the object is only a plane with a camera, not an optical illusion.
If anyone can help to me that would mean a lot to me.
Would you mind sharing a video or screenshots demonstrating your issue so we can get a better idea of what your seeing? In the meantime, are you placing your planes inside of doorways? Have you tried extending out the plane into the frame so that the corners are hidden?
Any additional info and specifics you provide may go a long way in solving your problem!
Thanks for the quick reply. So if I hide the frame of a plane that not flickering - we not see. But the whole texture is moving. I attach a video: https://youtu.be/ArYQNDZP_-s
Yes I think the whole 2d render target’s texture is moving. Yes, its based on a tutorial. But I bought an asset pack from the market place too what is using render 2d targets. That pack has exactly the same behavior then mine. However I used the test level what must work. So I can’t imagine that how I have a same problem with my own and with a bought asset too.
Would you mind sharing the tutorial you followed and what you have so far? We can look deeper if we have more information of what you are doing specifically.
Have you done anything specific/different for your blueprints? Can we see those? From what was previously stated, the movement does not happen when the plane is set to a certain size. Can we also get a demonstration of the flickering you are experiencing when the plane is set to the intended size? Sharing that and your blueprints so far would be the biggest help here. Also, which engine version are you using specifically?
