Render Selected Nodes to Image

Hello! I have a feature idea, but feel free to let me know if there is some easy way to do this already.

Often times I want to share my node-graphs (blueprints) with other people. Screen-shotting, scrolling and stitching images really slows things down, and some people might not be able to auto-align the pictures in photoshop. If I could right-click and ‘Render Nodes to Image,’ and have it spit out a JPG with all of the nodes zoomed to a readable level, that would make it much simpler to tell someone how to do something, or create light-weight tutorials. I know I’ve learned LOADS about blueprints just by looking at the picture of a graph.

That’s all I’ve got, thanks!

Take a look at this paste bin tool, may be better option for graph sharing:

That is a cool little tool. It needs a bit of work to make it readable, at least for visual learners who go off of the color cues built into Blueprint, but in general, that’s a great way to store and view BP. With some tweaks, that could fill the gap that my suggestion was meant for. I’ll try and use this from now on, and see how it does.

Thanks!
