I’m currently creating an immersion based top down roleplay game, and because of it’s heavy focus on said roleplay, I want to create a line of sight system, similar to that of games such as Darkwood, I would like it so that when other players are behind your client, you are unable to see them, although I can’t get this to work. Because of the nature of visualization, both Materials, and variables like “HiddenInGame” and “Visible” are replicated to everyone, meaning if one player can’t see them, than nobody can, and this is an issue considering I’m going for a massively online game, does anyone have any tips for me? been at this for around 3 weeks.
