Render Infinite execution occurring

As you can see from the image I am encurring a weird and in frequent issue. When debugging the project it usually works as expected no issues and then sometimes it will get stuck, its unclear as to what it is causing it due to inconsistency, but when it occurs I have to force close the editor as it just stuck and won’t register inputs to stop current application even when telling it to stop via an IDE.

The issue does appear to be around the command UpdateAllPrimitiveSceneInfos particularly to the sub call of StaticMeshUpdate?

Has anyone seen this issue/bug before and able to direct me in possible causes or remedies to the issue?

Also I am using UE 5.5.4
