Render for video wall from Sequencer

I’m looking to find a solution to rendering for a video wall made of 9 (3x3), 4k, 60" TVs. Total resolution would be 11,520 x 6480, exceeding Unreal’s maximum output.

Is it possible to use nDisplay with Sequencer to generate a screen grid for rendering, or does it work exclusively in real-time?
