Render distance is really short, how to fix?

I made a map on a different account and migrated the project to another account, so everything is exactly the same in the map. The duplicated one’s render distance is shorter than the original for some reason. All settings are identical & no matter what settings I change in the duplicate, the render distance remains the same.

I tried extending the cell size and loading range, changed nothing, tried turning streaming off completely, nothing. I’d like to have everything loaded in at once for this specific map.

Also tried unchecking is spatially loaded, same outcome, nothing. Tried building HLODs, and nothing.

Not sure what the issue is here or if it’s just a bug
