A couple of very minor issues with renaming:
- If you rename a rig hierarchy element where the only difference is case eg ‘root_Ctrl’ to ‘root_ctrl’, then it will ignore the rename completely. A fix is to rename it to something new eg ‘root_Ctrl2’, then rename it back to the required variant ‘root_ctrl’.
- If you rename an item in the browser where the only difference is case eg ‘BP_Test’ to ‘BP_test’, then both items remain. It appears if a duplicate is made (and is a bit confusing). The original is actually deleted, but will only disappear if you refresh the Browser by navigation or filtering etc
Issue 1 is new for UE5, Issue 2 exists in 4.26.2
