This game is very unbalanced, do something about it.
1 : autospec, last player should automaticly be spectating.
2 : shuffle teams, rankup you have, you need rankdown also, let say skillpoints for shuffling teams before match.
3 : faster kicking afk persons, one who not plays good enough should be easy kicked and clear to everybody instead of complicated menus.
Without this : rename UNREAL to UNBALANCE, for sure.
