Have tried to search the web for this. But how do I remove the noise in the pointclud?
Hi Jonas Carlson
This is not noise, these are reconstruction artifacts caused by capturing the subject from one height and mostly from a single position ( PANORAMA scenario ).
You can solve this by using MASKs before reconstruction ( Photoshop masking and saving as TIFFs ) or capturing additional data form different heights ( if a UAV is not possible to use ) and positions.

I think the easiest way to do it is:
- to define a reconstruction region and create a new reconstruction / model
or - to use the filtering tool to remove the unwanted parts.
This works in the most common cases…
