Removing actor or object from world partition world comes back after reloading map.

After deleting either static meshes, blueprints or other objects if the project is either packaged or restarted any objects that were deleted return, I’m not sure how to reproduce the issue as it’s only very recently started showing this behaviour, I’ve attempted to rebuild the entire level and had found another topic where people were tracking down the placed objects in the content folder and removing them manually, this is not a solution for me as it would slow down world building tremendously.
I am using world partition and on UE 5.3.2
Please advise!
