Colleague has been importing most of the meshes with the R channel = 1 by accident… And we need all the verts to be 0. Is there a way to do it in Unreal?
Not really, you would have to manually paint and save each mesh.
What you can do is modify the FBX in a DCC and re-import it.
Because in most DCC you can use the fill tool for vertex paint, this should be a lot easier (even if you are forced to export / re-import )
Yeah so I just switched the mask to blue, so it ignores red. The color is still present on the models, it’s dirty, but whatever . Thanks for the reply.
