Remove the “archive” functionality on the UEFN & Creator portal and add the “delete” functionality with the addition of a “trash” function with the ability to empty the trash, restore all islands/projects or some islands/projects
Archiving only stores files on a server, does not free up space or memory, and they will still be displayed in a tab on the creators portal and uefn, this slows down the loading of the creators portal
