Remove Instance not working in a packaged project

In 4.19 a child of Foliage Instanced Static Mesh Component had these option in the Instance Static Mesh Component category, Which allowed instances at run time to be removed during run time in a packaged game. But in 4.20 both the options below seam to have been removed and removing instances in a packaged project doesn’t seam to work.
