Remove cheats when packaging automatically instead of manually?

Like the title says pretty much.

I have some cheats in my game that I use for development purposes. Everytime I export the game I have to remember to remove them (and a few other things). The problem is, my memory is bad - this means I have to export 3 times to fix all the things I forgot to turn off.

Is there a way to set up a Blueprint or something like that which will run and disable everything automatically when I package the project?
