as specified in unreal documentation / web remote control section, after installing remote control API i’ve searched for Remote Control Web Interface plugin . But this plugin is missing.

Yes, I face the same problem. OMG OMG, The Remote Control Web Interface plugin is missing.
Requires Nodesj to be installed. After Nodesjs installation Remote Control Web Interface plugin is still missing.
