We’re working on a virtual setup and are using the Remote Control Plugin & Web Remote Control Plugin. We’ve set up all exposed settings just fine, it worked out well but now out of nowhere it seems to crash randomly on some computers and on some it does not. We’re using Git and sometimes it helped if we took an older (unchanged) version of the preset and overwrote the current one. But at the same time this “fix” didn’t help for other people in the team.
