Remap NPC... Am I missing something?

I’m trying to make a mod that allows owls and griffins to glide out of a dive, and also adds diving/gliding to argents.

The mechanic is working just fine, but I can’t get Remap NPC to work. If I start a fresh map with the mod enabled nothing changes. When in editor, summontamed command Argent_Character_BP_C summons a default argent, instead of the remapped BP.

Should Argent_Character_BP_Remap_C be spawned when properly remapped? Or does remapping not work in editor console commands?

Does remapping not work for duplicate creatures? Does it only work for Child BPs for some reason?
