You can only achieve 60fps, with no post process like motion blur, and barely any bloom.

Note, this is using HWRT lumen. Has a lot of flickering issues and requires a temporal filter to fix the problems. 1080p, A temporal filter like TAA and dlss is unacceptable. Even with DLSS 3.5.
In any camera motion, frames drop down to 49fps. Then 62fps if you stay still…great.
EDIT: CPU was always at 50% usage. This was a graphical bottleneck. And I also did not compile this project myself.
