Is it possible to fake a wake to simulate movement on a static boat in a boundless ocean somehow?
By definition you can’t simulate a static object. Make it dynamic and add boyancy?

My primary problem is lighting, I cant set sky and sun lighting properly and I have some black assets since addition.
Probably there is a solution, what I noticed if I delete my original sunlight and let create own sun for TS, I have too darky scene and much foliage meshes as black.
If I add my own sun as directional light and setup in TS actor, it works better, though I need tweak settings to get the original lightness of scene before TS.
Local wetness parameter collection does not seem to be getting updated by TS in 4.23, is just me? even with 100% rain strength, the parameter stays 0.
Greetings. I have some problem with skylight. Each side of building have different brightness. There is NO direction sunlight on scene. How i can fix ? Sry for my English.
You sure your lighting isn’t partially baked? if you go for dynamic lighting disable static lighting globally in project settings.
Yes i use dynamic lighting. I have already disabled static light. I tried to turn on and off again, but the result is the same…
There is still no stable and non crash version in 4.24 that can be used with DXR and dx12. Are you not ready to provide such content?

We have just released our latest update. should fix dx12 issues for 4.24. We will release another update week incorporating these changes into 4.23, then possibly 4.22 if the demand is there.
For the wetness parameter, was disabled at some point, I’m not certain we will re-enable. But to get the precipitation we have a blueprint for get precipitation strength at position. For in Enging version 4.24, I used your latest version. However, in version 4.1a, the whole sky in dx12 and DXR is completely dark without any content, which can be displayed normally in version 4.2a. However, many in version 4.2 have problems, especially I can’t find the wind option in version 4.2a??

I am checking every now and then but try to focus on the primary channel.
As rain is visible in the RT, as long as the RT is attached you should be good. Make sure you have the translucentRT as a blendable on an unbound post process. I am also aware of an regarding MPU so possibly set to default while you test. Also setting to snow + increasing snowflake size is a great way to test, as you cant miss them. Make sure you are underneath the clouds and the time set is correct in relation to when it should rain. + simulate at least once.
Wind in 4.2a has been removed from keyframes, and it is now a drag and position the keyframes via the Cloud Window. Using the latest version of in 4.24.3 seems to be causing some sort of video memory leak for me. If I make a map and initialize and add Water to the scene, video memory usage slowly increases until the VRAM is completely full. It usually only takes a few minutes, and unfortunately simply loading a different level doesn’t make it go away, the only fix is to restart the editor. can also cause hard lockups in Windows.
The isue has been confirmed when using DX11, and we’re currently looking into the cause.
