Ah apologies, I didn’t realise the change to the stars was in 4.1. You should not be getting these issues but you should ideally be using a stable branch (4.1 or 4.0).

Are you using the repo or the binary installer? I’ll take a look into the problems you’re having (though I assume you managed to get the star size down via the setting I mentioned?)

I’m using the binary installer from the downloads page on the Simul site. The star size ended up not being a bug after all - your suggestion worked. The other issues still remain.
