Hi creators,
A while back I shared the community tutorial for setting up Claude Code with UEFN through Unreal MCP. Thanks to everyone who tried it and sent feedback. Here is the next step: a complete kit that turns that setup into a working AI dev team, with a live dashboard, and v1.84 is out today.
60-second tour:
THE PROBLEM
If you have shipped more than a few maps, you know it: every new project starts from scratch. Same questions, same mistakes, same time spent re-explaining what a “survival” or “roguelike” map needs.
WHAT YOU GET
Agent Console: watch your AI dev team work, live
12 specialist agents (coder, reviewers, QA, release gate, planner and more), every handoff visible in real time. No more guessing what the AI is doing in the background.
Stats, in the same window
Plays, unique players, retention (D1/D7) and genre rank for your island, without tab-hopping.
Docs that never go stale
Spec, roadmap and bug backlog written and updated by the team as the work happens. You open one page and see where the project really stands.
Flow
The full pipeline from task to release check, so you can see where a task is stuck.
Skills that learn from every map you build (new in v1.84)
Genre skills (survival and roguelike included) learn patterns from your own projects. Every lesson is proposed, never applied silently: you approve, edit or reject it. A pattern becomes “proven” only when it holds across several maps. Your map names, island codes and notes stay on your PC.
Updates that don’t eat your weekend (new in v1.84)
Install once. After that, each project updates itself from a template in your user folder when you start a session, and tells you to restart. Old files are backed up. If you have 50 maps, that is a big deal.
WHY IT MATTERS
- Less repeating yourself: the kit remembers what worked.
- Fewer regressions: automatic bug and regression checks after every playtest, plus a go/no-go gate before release.
- You stay in control: nothing is merged into your skills without your approval.
- Built for people who are not AI experts: copy the files, open your project, work as usual.
TRY IT
Free and open source. Download the latest release, follow the setup guide, and try it on your next map:
It takes a few minutes to install, and I would love to see what you build with it. Tell me in this thread:
- What would you want the skills to learn next (which genres)?
- What is missing from the console?

Thanks for reading, and happy building!
