Release Management page shows “Some video files couldn’t be processed” error with empty asset list

When I open the “Release Management” page for my game in the Epic Games Store Developer Portal, a popup appears with this error: “Some video files couldn’t be processed. Review the affected assets:”.

The list of affected assets is empty, so I can’t tell which asset is causing the problem.

Could you help me identify the affected asset and resolve the issue?
