[RELEASE] AURUM: Sci-Fi Tunnel Kit (UE4.27 & UE5) – Modular Corridor Environment

Hi everyone,

After a long road of learning, testing and polishing, I’ve finally released my first AURUM environment pack on Fab – a modular sci-fi tunnel & corridor kit for Unreal Engine 4.27 & 5.

What it is

A compact, production-ready tunnel kit focused on clean sci-fi corridors. No giant mega-pack full of unused pieces – just a tight set of modules you can actually drop into:

• FPS levels
• VR experiences
• Cinematic flythroughs / trailers

Key Features

Modular tunnel system

  • Walls, floors, ceilings, columns, vents, stairs and landings
  • Straight segments, corners and small hubs
  • Consistent scale & snapping for fast level blockouts

Optimized meshes

  • Game-ready geometry with clean bevels
  • 3 LODs per mesh
  • Simple / custom collision set up

Master material workflow

  • 1 master material + material instances
  • PBR textures (BaseColor, Normal, ORM/RMA, Emissive)
  • Parameters for emissive + quick color tweaks

Example Blueprints

  • Interactive sliding doors (open/close logic)
  • Simple event-based use (no heavy Tick)

Demo Level

  • Example tunnel layout with lighting
  • Good starting point or reference for your own maps

Engine Support

UE 4.27 – static/baked lighting workflow
UE 5.x – works with static lighting or Lumen (depending on your project settings)

This is my first released pack, so I’m very open to feedback:
• What would you like to see improved?
• What kind of packs would help you next (reactor room, lab, more dystopian version, etc.)?

If you try the kit, I’d love to see screenshots of what you build with it. :yellow_heart:
Thanks for reading!

AURUM – from game developer for game creators.

A small dev story:

I built this kit as a solo developer who needed a simple, believable sci-fi tunnel set that didn’t fight me. I wanted pieces that snap together fast, are light enough for gameplay, and still feel polished in close-up shots.

This is also my very first published AURUM product, so it’s an important milestone for me. I’m planning to grow this into a small line of focused environment packs, learning from every bit of feedback.

If you have any suggestions, wishes, or problems with the pack, please tell me – I want these assets to feel like they were made by someone who actually builds games and cares about usability, not just pretty screenshots.

Thank you to everyone who checks it out. :folded_hands:
