rejecting my map due to ip rule 1.7

is fortnite having some issues with ip or what? i changed my thumbnail 6-7 times all time they say it is ip issue can someone help me? how can i contact epic games to getting thing accepted? when i appeal they send me same that u are not respecting ip in the thumbnail where as i am using fortnite super hero skins well this is very strange

Hello,

You can post your thumbnail here and we can speculate what the violation might be. A recent example is someone had a thumbnail with a victory crown in it, but it is not possible to get victory crowns in user-created islands, therefore the thumbnail is misleading.

Hi Arctic,

Doing a reverse image search on that character reveals several instances of it.

My assumption is that these are Epic-created art/renders, and Epic is enforcing their IP ownership on those images.

I’d try posing an NPC in-editor and overlaying that instead.
