reimport metahuman after editing textures in maya to metahuman creator

Created a Metahuman from mesh using photogrammetry, once opened in metahuman creator assigned a skin texture but nothing in close to the original persons’ skin texture, marks, defects… downloaded and opened the metahuman in maya and fixed the textures and now the model looks great, how can I reimport the now modified metahuman into metahuman creator for easy of use and frankly to show my clients with rough animations on the web app?
