Region specific lighting on Metahuman skin texture

Hi,

I’m working on a VR project which has a metahuman animation (face) in the scene, and I’m working with a spot light focused on the mouth alone. I can achieve this by using the spotlight and adjusting it manually as the mouth moves, but I was wondering if there was a way where when the light falls on the face only a specific region is lit and it doesn’t light up the other parts of the metahuman. Could some changes in the texture be done before it is set in the metahuman material?
