fortnite would be much better with a selectable region/region select. it should work the exact same way as matchmaking regions, but under the region you select, you can choose the specific server depending on the region you are in (like eu-london, eu-dublin, eu-frankfurt, etc., or like eu-east, eu-west, and eu central).
but they should limit this strictly to creative and have a hard lock on br, ranked, and competitive modes. for those core modes, it should just have an “automated” option (the current routing process) which will fill the servers normally and give us our current average ping.
this feature would be greatly appreciated because so many players are complaining about how bad fortnite servers feel right now. they will queue into a creative map and be on a 14ms, but the very next queue they get thrown onto a different server and their ping spikes to 30+ ms.
fixing this for creative would boost player activity because people wouldn’t get annoyed( personally i wouldnt if i could choose) i believe this could boost time spent=more money=more collabs,or better servers=more money= rich
